Cutting weight is assured accurately(+-1%) and it is found after 2-3 cycles of cutting work

Since the prior feed rubber is cut, the stable stay term of the material at the chamberprovides even heat radiation.

Equiped internal strainer clearly removes the impurities.

Automatic take=off&separation device removes the remained rubber from the bed and enabled separtion of the die unit, so the cycle time become shorter and remaining material become less.

Ribbon feeding method enabled continuous operation and less energy consumption that reduce the operation cost.
